Every time a visitor submits the Contact form, an automated email is sent to melroseheights@me.com with the lead's name, email, phone, business name, service interest, and message.

A scheduled automation fires every Monday at 9am. It loops through all Active clients and emails a weekly check-in reminder to melroseheights@me.com. Each email includes: client name, service, weeks active, deliverables, action items, and a monthly Google Review nudge every 4th week.
